Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating exceptional organizational and leadership skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and align with Golden CV’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., writers, designers, marketing) to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, providing timely solutions and updates.
• Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure projects align with client requirements and company objectives.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing projects in a remote or digital environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Gantt charts).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Experience in the CV writing or personal branding industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
• Experience in remote team management and virtual collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and client engagement strategies.

Key of qualifications:

• Builds software applications – Follows coding standards, builds appro- priate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts.
• Assists in defining software architectures – Collaborates with leads to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, and learns the applications capabilities.

Technical skill:

• Fluent written and spoken English a MUST.
• Graduate in Computer Science.
• 3+ years’ Experience.
• Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript, various JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap), HTML and CSS3.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually. changing.environment
