Golden CV reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes made after an order has been placed will not affect the agreement that existed at the time of purchase.

A legally binding contract between the client and Golden CV is established once an order has been accepted by us.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Orders & Acceptance

Orders may be placed through our website, email, WhatsApp, social media platforms, live chat, or any other approved communication channel.

We may request additional information before commencing work. Delivery timelines begin only after all required information has been received.

If a client places an incorrect order, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly or offer a refund where appropriate.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments must be made in advance before work begins.

Golden CV reserves the right to suspend, delay, or cancel services where payment obligations have not been fulfilled.

Any quoted turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on project complexity and workload.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information.

Golden CV shall not be liable for errors, omissions, delays, or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered work and notifying us of any required amendments.

Academic Support Disclaimer

Academic support services including essays, assignments, reports, dissertations, case studies, and research papers are provided strictly for research, educational support, reference, guidance, and learning purposes.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the academic integrity policies, regulations, and requirements of their institution.

Golden CV accepts no responsibility for how academic materials are used after delivery.

Delivery & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times commence only after all required information, files, instructions, and payments have been received.

Golden CV shall not be responsible for delays caused by client response times, technical issues, force majeure events, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for checking spam and junk folders for delivered files and communications.

Proof of transmission, email delivery logs, cloud upload records, or communication records may be used as evidence that work has been delivered.

Order Completion & Revisions

Once work has been delivered, the order will be considered complete unless revision requests are submitted.

Golden CV offers reasonable revisions subject to the original project scope.

Revision requests that significantly alter the original requirements may be treated as a new project and charged separately.

Where applicable, free revisions may be offered for up to 12 months from the date of delivery.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, templates, source files, software code, branding materials, website content, and intellectual property created by Golden CV remain the property of Golden CV until full payment has been received.

Ownership and usage rights transfer to the client only after all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Golden CV intellectual property without written permission.

Payment Default, Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Customers agree to make payment according to the agreed payment terms.

If payment remains outstanding after the agreed due date, Golden CV reserves the right to suspend services, withhold work, terminate ongoing projects, refuse future services, and pursue recovery of any outstanding balance.

Where a customer receives completed work, services, files, source code, designs, content, academic support materials, or consultations and subsequently refuses payment without lawful justification, such conduct may constitute a breach of contract.

Golden CV reserves the right to issue payment reminders, formal payment demands, engage debt recovery agencies, appoint legal representatives, and commence legal proceedings to recover unpaid fees.

Any attempt to obtain services fraudulently, including false payment disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized payment claims, stolen payment methods, or intentional avoidance of payment after delivery, may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

Golden CV reserves the right to provide invoices, contracts, communications, delivery records, work files, screenshots, project evidence, and payment records to banks, payment processors, courts, legal representatives, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where necessary.

Clients may be liable for debt recovery costs, administrative fees, legal fees, court fees, collection costs, interest, and other reasonable expenses incurred in recovering unpaid amounts where permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Golden CV.

Customer satisfaction concerns will normally be addressed through revisions and support rather than refunds.

No Guarantee of Results

Golden CV does not guarantee employment, job interviews, promotions, visa approvals, academic grades, admissions decisions, business success, website rankings, social media growth, search engine performance, sales increases, or any other specific outcome resulting from the use of our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

Golden CV treats client information as confidential and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Information may be disclosed where required by law, for fraud prevention, debt recovery, dispute resolution, legal proceedings, or protection of our legitimate business interests.

We aim to investigate complaints fairly and respond within three working days where possible.

Termination

Golden CV reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately where fraud is suspected, payment obligations are not met, abusive conduct occurs, or these Terms & Conditions are breached.

Termination shall not affect any outstanding payment obligations owed by the client.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
