A contract between you and Golden CV is established once your order is accepted by us. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing a reason but will notify you within 24 hours.
All prices on the Golden CV website are subject to change without prior notice. If the price changes after your order has been placed, the original price at the time of purchase will still apply. If our prices are reduced within seven days of your order, we will gladly refund the difference.

After placing an order with Golden CV, we may need to gather additional details via a phone call or email questionnaire. The turnaround time begins only after we have received all necessary information. Your CV will be written based on the information provided, and any existing content deemed useful will be incorporated. The final CV will be delivered in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats via email. If critical information is missing, the PDF version may not be included until the missing details are provided.
We recommend checking your spam or junk folders during the process, as we cannot be held responsible for missed emails due to filtering. Any additional services, such as social media profiles, will be delivered alongside your order. Copy packs will be sent by recorded first-class mail within 48 hours of the final CV approval.
Once your order is delivered, we will assume it is complete unless you request adjustments. If changes are needed, please email us at [email protected]. We will aim to complete any revisions within four working days. If the changes are minimal (such as one or two sentences), we suggest that you edit the CV yourself and we will review and provide feedback.
Our services are provided in good faith by experienced CV writers. However, Golden CV cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using our services or advice.
Our advertised turnaround times are approximate and may vary, especially during peak periods. The turnaround time begins only after all necessary information has been collected from the customer.
If we anticipate any delays, we will contact you to discuss the situation and agree on any adjustments. We cannot be held liable for any inconvenience caused by exceeding our average turnaround time, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
If you require faster delivery, we offer an express service, typically completed within 24 hours. This timeframe is based on when we receive the required information.
The services provided by Golden CV are personalized and tailored to each customer’s specifications. As such, they are exempt from normal distance selling regulations. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with free revisions for up to 12 months after your order. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.
If you have purchased a physical product, such as a copy pack, and it arrives damaged, you may return it to the address provided on our Contact Us page. We will send a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
